Situated in the historic part of the City just yards from Lincoln Cathedral, the spacious Apartment is part of a substantial house dating from the 14th Century. The formal Georgian front of the house was built in 1787.

3 Greestone Place is close to Lincoln Castle, The Collection, the Usher Art Gallery & Museum of Lincolnshire Life and minutes from all local amenities with pubs, restaurants, & local independent gift shops as well as opticians, butchers, bakers, pharmacy, hairdressers/beauticians. It is a short walk down the famous “Steep Hill” to the City Centre with it’s theatres, cinemas, pubs, restaurants and city centre shops. A shuttle bus runs regularly between “uphill” & “downhill” and the train & bus stations are ten/fifteen minutes walk and five/ten minutes by taxi.

The self-catering apartment is completely self-contained, with private access, on the first and second floor of the house and consists of a comfortable lounge with easy chairs, TV/DVD player, coffee tables; a fully equipped dining kitchen, with gas cooker, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, all cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, glasses etc, iron & ironing board, table & dining chairs; bathroom with rainfall shower, WC, handbasin; second WC with handbasin; one double bedroom & two twin bedrooms sleeping up to six. Please note twin bedroom two is accessed via twin bedroom one.
Each bedroom has a hairdryer.
